the new MPT South President
and General Manager, Roberto
“Bobby” V. Bontia at Myron
Ascott, Makati. A month after the
organization announcement and
confirmation of the new
President and General Manager
of NLEX Corporation, J. Luigi L.
Bautista, and MPT South
Management Corporation, Bobby
V. Bontia, on-boarding and
immersions were organized in
each of the North and South
business units.
With difficulty, President and
General Manager of NLEX
Corporation, J. Luigi L. Bautista
(JLLB) gave his good-bye
message, “Mahirap mag-paalam
sa kumpanya na itinuring mong
pangalawang pamilya. Hindi biro
ang anim na taon at napamahal

To symbolize the handover of MPT
South organization, a small potted
plant was handed over to the new
President and General Manager of
MPT South Management
Corporation Bobby V. Bontia (RVB)
who graciously accepted the
symbol and said, “What lies ahead
is a bright future. We will not be
short of challenges, roadblocks
and other bottlenecks along the
way. But as the plant has shown
resiliency and growth, together we
can learn from that and work
together as a team and journey to
the realization of our aspirations
for MPT South!”
