Old and New Places for Family Christmas Gettogether

It’s the most wonderful time of the year — a time we splurge not
just on Christmas gifts but of course food. And as much as we
Filipinos love our home cooked food, we are also guilty of dining
out with our love ones. Thus, we constantly search for places for
our family gettogether.
Growing in a big family and raised in Cavite, we usually spend our
Christmas vacation in Tagaytay since it is the nearest tourist
attraction in town. We usually eat at Josephine’s restaurant,
although this restaurant isn’t new, I can assure you that the food is
great plus the awesome view of Taal Lake. Their food is
family-sized servings with fresh ingredients and as a family soup
lovers, we do not miss to order one of the famous dish of
Josephine’s, the Mutya ng Cavite (Seafood Soup) with a
combination of Shrimp mussels and fish, good enough seafood
with a tasty and creamy broth.
