        paragraphys by organizing paragraphs according to importance, and (3) using
        style which consists of saying no, hard and service way.


        Obella also discussed various topics about writing memos, writing agenda and
        minutes of the meeting that could help the employees most especially the

        secretaries of the company to enhance and be more cautious in writing.


        On the topic of Business Etiquette, both Leslie & Ramsie shared about business
        image through proper visual poise and posture including facial expressions,
        stance, and hand and body gestures. I learned that managing impressions is also
        through practice of best behavior and dressing the part. The learnings were very
        appropriate in setting the right behavior at work as well as the necessary
        conduct and behavior to do our jobs well.
