Roberto V. Bontia is appointed as President and General Manager of
MPT South Management Corporation and its two concession
companies, Cavitex Infrastructure Corp. (CIC) and MPCala Holdings
Corp. He will take the place of Luigi in MPT South. Bobby has held
several roles in the Group. He headed the Operations and Technology
Division of both NLEX Corporation and Center of Excellence
Organization in MPTC. He is also concurrently the President and CEO
of Tollways Management Corporation. Bobby will be supported in
MPT South by Christopher C. Lizo who will remain the COO and CFO
of the business unit apart from his other positions within the Group.

J. Luigi L. Bautista is appointed as President and General Manager of
NLEX Corporation. Luigi has headed our MPT South business for
almost 6 years. The growth of our business in the South, both in
revenues and pipeline of projects, can be mainly attributed to Luigi's
strong leadership. Luigi is a returnee to NLEX Corporation. He served
NLEX Corporation, through one of its heritage companies, Manila
North Tollways Corporation (MNTC), for 15 years, from November 1998
up to December of 2012. He was the Senior Vice President of Program
Management Division of MNTC from 2006 up to his assignment as
President of Cavitex Infrastructure Corp. in January 2013.
