“I engage in different sports and other physical activities.
I still play basketball (weekly) with some of our
colleagues and MVPO players. I play bowling weekly
with my son, brother, nephew and friends. We do this as
an exercise and bonding activity. I also go to the gym at
least twice a week. I use to play badminton or jog weekly
before returning to basketball again. The point is to have
a physical activity that you can enjoy while having your
exercise. You also have to watch your diet especially for
                                                            people who are getting old.”

                                                            – be forgiving and admit/accept one’s faults and failures
                                                            – nurture friendship with sincere, modest and honest

                                                            – balanced lifestyle, food and exercise
                                                            – smile, laugh, have clean fun with buddies, former

And of course, unselfish love and care to my parents and

a year now, I tended to be more choosy with food by
staying away from meat and at home, I drink kangen

“What is important is work-life balance. You need to
allocate sufficient time to concentrate effectively on
your work. You get satisfaction and peace of mind
when you see that your hard work is generating good
results. But you should also save enough time for
family and personal interests. This will energize your
                                                            body and spirit.”
