                                                    hot body? Well, their diet has been revealed.




                                                    Cyrus Baguio


                                                    Rice, Meat or Beef, Chicken, Vegetables

                                                    Trivia: Cyrus does not exceed one cup
                                                    of rice per meal.








                  Juami Tiongson


                  mostly protein and carbohydrates for energy.

                  Trivia: Juami does eat a lot of protein to build
                  his muscles for the games.










                                                    Emman Monfort


                                                    breakfast: fruits, a little bit of rice and meat; lunch:
                                                    mostly chicken or fish and rice; afternoon snack:
                                                    rice and chicken or sandwich; dinner: meat or fish,
                                                    vegetables; midnight snack: biscuit and chocolate.

                                                    Trivia: Emman does drink a lot of water to keep
                                                    him hydrated.
