Eating Right, Feeling Right!

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complex, nor should you deprive yourself from food you really crave. It’s
somewhat more of feeling great, having more energy, and improving your body and health.
We asked a chosen few of MPT South employees who literally loss weight to share some tips and advice on how
you can be healthy and fit:

Have you always been health conscious?
Honestly no, I’m not health conscious girl. I eat what I want
and I don’t exercise.
What made you become conscious?
It was last year, as I became aware and conscious of gaining
weight. An office colleague often tells me to go on diet,
